Students of the Collegium will be housed in the Carlton Arms of Ocala, a gated apartment complex next door to the campus.

Details of the housing arrangements are below.  You can also visit the Carlton Arms of Ocala Website by clicking the link below.

Location

Carlton Arms Apartments is one of Ocala's finest apartment complexes.  It is a gated complex that sits immediately to the east and the north of the Collegium campus.

The Apartments

The complex is comprised of a number of small buildings with 4-8 apartments in each building.

The Collegium's apartments

In the beginning, we cannot be sure of which apartments the Collegium will occupy.  Over time we will consolidate our units to the buildings immediately adjacent to the campus.

Student Accommodations

Collegians will be housed in 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments, with 4 students in an apartment.  If special circumstances require a different arrangement, that can be worked out.

Click the link below to see the difference 2-bedroom, 2-bath floor plans.  (We cannot guarantee any specific floor plan.)

Apartment Features

The apartments are furnished in same way that any student residence hall is furnished.

The complex provides these features:

  • Rapid Response Maintenance

  • High Speed Internet Access

  • Mini-Blinds

  • Multiple Closets

  • Some units have washers/dryers.  There are also washers and dryers on site.

Pets are not permitted in the Collegium apartments.

Complex Amenities

The Carlton Arms has 2 pools, lighted tennis courts, a lighted basketball court, laundry facilities, free parking (covered or garage parking carries a charge), a club house, and meeting rooms that are all part of the rental agreement.  That is, there are no additional charges for these amenities.

Cost

The cost of rent is included in the Collegium's tuition, room and board charge ($13,800/year).

The apartments will be rented by the Collegium not by individual students.  The Collegium will assign students to the various apartments.

Students will sign up for internet service and utilities themselves.

Students will share the cost of internet and utilities in the apartment.

Students will also pay a standard, and refundable, damage deposit.
